Hi ! I have a Bachelors Degree in Art History and Costume Design. I am great with people of all ages. I have worked with children in elementary, middle and high school. I have also assisted students in college from 21-50 years old, with writing, and editing.

I love seeing my students succeed. It is rewarding to help students learn and find different approaches, that allow them to face their academic challenges! I know that a one-on-one setting is much more effective, it is easy to get lost in a classroom. There is no such thing as stupid questions!

I have worked as an Art Specialist, Art Teacher and mural artist with elementary and middle school children for many years. I have also tutored the topics including but not limited to math, english (reading/writing comprehension, creative, vocabulary ) and science.

I was a homework tutor at the the Samuel Field YMYWHA after school program for the past 9 years. I have an intensive background in English, Creative Writing, Art History, and basic Mathematics (up to Algebra and Geometry). My field of study in school required me to learn how to research, and write papers up to 20 pages. I have always been good at math and play ken ken on my free time !

I have taken and continue to take courses on writing in my free time, and am an avid reader in all topics that interest me! Hopefully I can share my love for writing and reading and creating with the students I am able to tutor.
