Yoga teacher with years of experience teaching meditation and yoga to students from ages 1-80. I love providing life coaching along with yoga in an age appropriate way. For children, I provide ways to teach breathwork, meditation, and yoga based games in a captivating way specifically tailored to the age and interest of the student. Weaving imagination throughout classes, I provide your child with life skills throughout. With a framework to manage stressors with family or friends, to in the classroom, children learn to approach life with the tools they learn from mindfulness. I am also passionate about cooking, and have taught classes to homeless shelters and children about eating well and healthfully. I love to provide people with ways to cook whole foods based on budget, dietary restrictions, or age.
