I have been teaching at the collegiate level for over 11 years. My specialty at the bedside has been labor and delivery for over 15 years. I began my teaching career at a four year college, and moved onto a tutor at a nearby community college. For the past 10 years I have been teaching clinical and working simulation labs for women’s health and medical/surgical courses.
I pride myself on the ability to increase my students’ confidence in their knowledge of content, as well as a deeper understanding of system reviews. My methods of teaching focus on conveying information in an easy-to-follow format, ensuring complete understanding and comprehension is achieved with regard to all topics covered.
