I am currently a Middle School Mathematics Teacher for grades 6-8, who loves making learning engaging and relevant to student's lives. I teach basic skills in regular education classroom settings. I specifically target struggling learners and provide interventions to help those students succeed in the classroom. In the past I have taught 4th grade and have strong knowledge of standards at that level as well and know what students need to be successful in upon entering middle school.

I have experience working with children tutoring and teaching in schools for a total of 8 years. It has been a rewarding experience helping families and giving kids confidence that they can be more comfortable and successful with math! I am very flexible and will accommodate to suite the learners needs and what they want to strengthen.
