Hola! I started developing a desire to learn Spanish in high school, inspired by time spent with my Cuban-Spanish grandparents. I had the privilege of studying abroad in Spain while studying at UNC Chapel Hill, & graduated in 2008 with a bachelors in Spanish. Upon graduating, I worked 2 years at a hospital in Durham, NC as a Spanish interpreter. Since then, I have worked as a Spanish interpreter for various agencies. I have experience tutoring students of various ages including elementary, high school & college levels. I truly enjoy the opportunity to work with those who are seeking to learn the language, provide assistance with coursework, travel prep, for employment, etc! I can provide support with oral or written communication of the Spanish language, and I structure tutoring sessions based on individual needs.
