I have a Bachelors degree in Physical Education. I have owned 2 businesses and have been a substitute teacher for the last 20 years. I have 5 kids that are all grown and "sort of" out the door. I have a connection and empathy to young people that is nothing less than a gift. I love to see the "light bulb" moment when a young person "gets it". I love math and English. I understand that not everyone learns the same way. All 5 of my kids were very different in how they processed information. I believe there is no reason why learning can't be fun and enjoyable. The sooner a young person enjoys learning, the longer that love for learning will last. I can tutor up to most high school levels of English and math through geometry.
