After passing the Illinois Bar Exam in 2018, I started tutoring to provide efficient, practical, and affordable coaching and tutoring services to those interested in pursuing a legal career. To supplement these paid services, I produce and share free resources relating to law, legal careers, and preparation for the LSAT, the GRE, law school, and state bar exams.
I’m a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial & Labor Relations, and Washington University's School of Law. I’ve also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University's Straus Institute, the top-ranked dispute resolution school in the United States. I received a merit-based scholarship of nearly $100,000 from Washington University's School of Law, largely due to my 98th percentile LSAT score.
I self-studied for both the LSAT and the Illinois Bar Exam, and passed the Illinois Bar Exam on my first attempt.
After graduating from law school, I ran my own business in Los Angeles for four years. I’ve also worked for a federal district court judge, drafting memos and opinions regarding copyright misuse, labor arbitration, remand, habeas corpus petitions, and other issues. During college, I worked as a research assistant, collecting data used to brief Congress and others about union organizing campaigns.
When I’m not coaching clients, I spend my time coaching my one-year-old daughter.
