I have a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism - Strategic Communications Emphasis. I graduated with honors in the top 10 percent of my graduating class.
As a Jayhawk, I worked for Kansas Athletics Incorporated, one of the most renowned collegiate athletic programs in the nation. I was selected to be the Women's Basketball Secondary Sports Information Director my senior year. This experience gave me extensive writing practice and learning alongside the best.
Today, I work in the marketing department of a wholesale toy distribution company, where I help drive upwards of $16 million in sales per year. In this role, I employ copywriting, strategic planning and other skills on a daily basis.
Through my work as a Girl Scout Troop leader, I have learned how to make learning fun and effective.
