Hi, I'm Kenny, an incoming freshman at Vanderbilt University this fall. As an efficient, intelligent, outgoing, and friendly person, I love helping others. With my experience from Mathnasium and as a private tutor for the past four years, I've taught students of all ages and tailored the style of teaching to them. I've had a passion for math ever since Kindergarten. The beauty of numbers, calculations, and shapes have intrigued me since day one, and I would like to share it with others.

I know how difficult and confusing math can be to the student trying to learn it through school. A student might not get a topic, yet the teacher will move on, and the vicious cycle will ensue. However, with a year of experience tutoring kids at Mathnasium, two years as a teacher assistant at Scott Highlands Middle School, and four years as a private tutor in the Twin Cities, I have found ways to make math fun, engaging, and most importantly- understandable.

As for my qualifications, I've tutored and helped students for the past 3 years (private tutor, Mathnasium, and T.A. at Scott Highlands). I got a 36 on Math subject score on my ACT (35 Overall) and currently working at my 5th year of the University of Minnesota's Math program (Calculus III).

Over 1500 hours of tutoring experience and each lesson was tailored toward the student.

Some notable accomplishments from tutoring these past four years:
- Raised a student's grade from D+ to an A-
- Raised B to C ranged grades to an A
- Raised an ACT Math score from a 19 to a 27
- Raised overall composite ACT score from 30 to 34
- Improved an ASVAB score from 75 percentile to 97 percentile
