I am an alumni of GVSU, and am a certified teacher in the state of Michigan. I teach high school English, and have a degree in secondary education and English, with a minor in teachable Spanish. I have a specialization in urban education, and have taught remedial classes and helped with special education students since 2014. I love grammar and literature, and hope that those combined with an enthusiasm for teaching will be what you are looking for. My strategy for teaching is taking things one step at a time to build a strong structure, so that higher level learning can be achieved.
