I have my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from American University, and my Masters of Arts in Teaching from American University, as well. I am currently in my third year teaching pre-kindergarten at Washington Episcopal School in Bethesda, Maryland, and I have worked at their summer camp for the past four years. I have experience in both teaching in-person as well as virtual, and I am currently the designated virtual teacher for my virtual pre-kindergarten students. Last summer, I ran a virtual summer camp at Washington Episcopal School for three weeks for children ages four to seven, and was in charge of both planning and implementing lessons for those students. Teaching is something I have wanted to do for as long as I can remember, and I especially have a passion for teaching reading and math. I am a firm believer in every child being able to reach his or her potential, regardless of their age and the subject level. I promise to make all tutoring sessions fun, exciting, and will help students love learning as much as I do.
