During the last 7 years, I have come to find a passion for tutoring physics. I began my second semester at Northeastern University, in 2011, as a physics peer tutor and went on to be the first NU physics major to achieve Level 3 CRLA Master Tutor Certification; this was the result of improving student's grades over the years while making them feel comfortable tackling seemingly impossible problems. Since graduating, I have been instructing physics workshops at NU where I tutor all levels of physics. I believe in an approach where a student learns just a few fundamental concepts, but learns them well, in order to apply them to a broad scope of seemingly difficult problems. Remember, physics does not have to be scary! It really can be fun.
