About Julianne

Hello! I am a college graduate with a BS degree in Psychology. I have had experience teaching and tutoring children not only during college but 2+ years after graduating. During college, I completed internships and practicums with a School Psychologist and Counselor with elementary kids. In addition I was a Youth Treatment Specialist at a boys Group Home where I would tutor boys 10-16 in their academics. After graduating college, from 2018-19, I worked as the Language Arts Assistant and Study Skills teacher for 6th-8th graders at a private school in Orange County, CA. I have worked as a Brain Coach for a cognitive skills program called BrainMatterZ, as well as tutoring kids 3-16 years of age in academic classes and tests. I also have experience with autism spectrum. I am pursuing graduate school relating to children and am looking to expand my network of tutoring services. I am always fun, engaging, and tailoring lessons to fit each students needs. I am passionate about instilling confidence in students and making learning enjoyable!
