Hello students! I'm Teacher Monica, and I can't wait to see you in the classroom. Not only do I teach, but I am also an author and digital artist...cool, right!? I think so too. I've traveled to many countries and had students from all over the world. I love engaging with people of different ages, sizes, backgrounds, colors, and cultures. I love drawing them too. About my education, well I am very qualified with a Bachelors, my Major is in Education and my Minor is in Primary School Education. I'm a very experienced teacher too. As a local volunteer teacher, I have over 20 years of experience giving one-on-one instruction so I know how to pay attention to your individual progress goals and help you work on specific areas to accelerate improvement and progress. I always give custom feedback after each class. Think of me as your personal educational cheerleader. Woohoo! For the last three years, my primary educational work has been with students learning English as a second language. I'm comfortable using virtual platforms, and I'm good at making online learning engaging, maximizing gestures, and fully embracing Total Physical Response practices.
