My name is Jerome Wills, I am currently a substitute teacher & master tutor/mentor in both Chicago public & urban school districts for over 18 years. I enjoy working with school age children in elementary, middle & high schools, couple with encouraging & motivating others to get back on track for a career. However, I am a strong educational advocate, who stress the important of placing strong value on education & safety first in school systems, especially when it comes to ones personal growth & educational development.
