I tutor from grade school to professional in most math, science, computer programming, and engineering subjects, from the basics to the complex.
For those who struggle in comprehending, I can help by breaking things down to their simplest form and then putting all the pieces together into more their proper form, clearing up the confusion, and building a strong base of knowledge to work from. Plus making it more fun along the way! Learning should be fun!!
It’s important to realize people do have different learning styles. It takes someone who is adept at comprehending and moving within the styles to be able to really be of assistance. I have been blessed with a calm disposition to help the most frustrated. Many years working in the computer industry, managing projects, and coordinating people provided the arena for me to hone a set of training and listening skills that have proven to be beneficial to colleagues and team mates and others struggling with their job.
I relish the “Ah-hah” moments, when things come together for you. I can help you gain knowledge, experience and confidence, but also help instill good habits and give advice if needed. My goal is to help you succeed in your endeavors, whether it is by helping with your homework, understanding concepts (complex formulas) and/or preparing for your next big exam/interview. I am here to help you. - George
