I have my MA in English with a minor in Spanish, and specialize in English as Second Language learners. Outside of my five years of tutoring experience, I also have three years experience in test preparation. My tutoring methods are student-led, meaning I will help the student to arrive at the proper answer with as little 'telling' as possible. I believe this helps the student learn more efficiently and heightens memory retention.
My goal as a tutor is to help you become the best writer/reader you can be-- whether that be in preparation for a vocabulary quiz or a final thesis paper.
