Hey guys! My name is Kim and I have been passionate about learning and teaching Spanish since I was in high school. It always came pretty naturally to me and I fell in love with the many different cultures around the world that live behind the language. I did a study abroad in college that went to Peru for five weeks. The focus was on deepening our knowledge of the Spanish language. We took Spanish classes while there and lived with local host families. My next journey was teaching English in Spain for nine months. One of the things I was the most excited about was the fact that I knew my Spanish would get much better from this experience, and it did. I loved the daily challenge of learning a second language, testing my skills and knowledge, and being immersed in it. I miss being able to use those skills now that I’m back in the states, so I’m excited to use them to help others improve and maybe even learn to love Spanish, too!
