Common Core and Elementary Math tutor

I am elated to be a member of HeyTutor! Let me share a bit about who I am before coming to HeyTutor platform. I obtain a Bachelors in Sociology and an Associates in Early Childhood Education. I am currently employed as a middle school Math and Ela Teacher in GA. I also teach Sped in those two subjects!
I 've previously worked as a tutor for elementary grade students for 3 years in NC; Harnett county. Furthermore, I also taught as a beginners Spanish and Pre-Kindergarten teacher for 5 years in GA: Richmond county. I later worked as a Librarian Assistant of the Children Department in GA for 3 years until taking a 2 year leave from the workforce as I became a first time mother to a baby boy in 2019!! ( I would have returned to the workforce after a year; however, the pandemic began the following year.) Now, here I am with HeyTutor my first virtual job that allows me to do what I love assisting children with their educational needs while at home! I look forward to passionately assisting students here with HeyTutor to gain success in Mathematical proficiency or English comprehension, lets have a productive year!
