My name is Laura. I have 15 years of experience teaching in the elementary schools as a classroom teacher and an Academic Intervention Specialist. My Master's Degree is in Curriculum and Instruction. As a classroom teacher, I always created a supportive, stimulating environment designed to encourage success for all. I have tutored students individually and in small groups. In each of these settings, I modified academic activities in order to meet the needs of each student.
It is my hope that I can use my experience and dedication to provide your child with skills to become successful and confident. My goal is to strengthen and support each student's talents and gifts and provide assistance in the challenging areas.
