My name is Kelly! I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences with a 3.7 GPA (Cum Laude). I have been tutoring various math students over the past 4 years and love being able to provide students with new ways to learn material. At Florida Atlantic University, I was a volunteer for the Office of Students with Disabilities and a Tutor for The Center of Learning and Student Success where I helped college students in mathematics. Throughout my time there, I also tutored middle school students in Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry.
Not only do I have a passion for learning, but I am incredibly dedicated to the success and ability of others to preform well and improve their grades. Whether the students I work with have a disability, need extra attention, or just simply do not understand the material, I always find a way to communicate to them in an effective and kind manner that allows the student to feel comfortable in the learning environment.
