For the past 25 years, I’ve been in the real estate business. During those years I’ve worked in various capacities, which include realtor, property manager, commercial leasing representative, transaction facilitator, financier and real estate investor. Throughout the years, I’ve also held positions in the mortgage and insurance industry as originator, senior underwriter and insurance and financial services representative bringing about a diverse and unique background to help clients in every aspect during the real estate transaction process. I’ve also taught mathematics to students in the public schools in Fall River and New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Respected by my colleagues for my problem solving and leadership skills, I possess the power and ability to empower others to create a collaborative and cooperative team. I believe and continually stress the importance of building and maintaining relationships by providing market knowledge, technology and resources, which clients continually require to meet their needs.
In 1989, I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Since then I have continued my education and received both my MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts/Dartmouth. I also have several professional licenses in addition to real estate, which include my life and health insurance license and Series 6 and 63 licenses. I’m also licensed by the state of Massachusetts as an educator in mathematics.
Today, in addition to my responsibilities, I’m passionate about education and consider myself a lifelong learner, which is one reason I’m pursuing a doctorate in business. I also hope to teach at the college level and continue to improve the lives of others in the real estate business and etc.
I currently reside in Fort Lauderdale, Fl., with my dog Seamus and I enjoy spending time playing sports, traveling, reading and writing and spending time with friends and family.
