Over the last 30 years, I have taught all grade levels from preschool Exceptional Education to 12th grade, and some college level courses. My current teaching certificate includes English as a Second Language, Exceptional Student Education (ESE), Elementary Education, and Middle Grades Mathematics. Before the end of this school year I will have completed my Gifted endorsement and I have had extensive training in Montessori education methodology. My math students have had exemplary results. I use various resources and online tools to help my virtual students. I have always had the teaching philosophy of high expectations tempered with patience and motivation. My approach includes all learning modalities: visual, auditory, and tactile/kinesthetic. References available upon request.
