I have an Associates degree in Mathematics from Miami-Dade College, currently futhering my studies at U.M. My focus in mathematics, terms of studies, is on "Applied Math", within Chemistry and Physics. I've been tutoring in Chemistry and various math subjects for 2 years professionally, but 5 years including as community service. I teach students with the goal of allowing them to understand "why" the answer is as such. Once the student has the foundation, I then teach them other shorter method of coming to the same answer. I want you, the student, to learn. Ultimately, if you don't understand the how and why of the subject, I don't accept that I have succeeded in teaching you. I don't want to fill your head with knowledge and answers, I will give you the tools needed to conclude and think on your own and guide you along your journey for knowledge.
