I have been working in the Educational field for the past 6 years. The last four years I have been a teaching assistant in first grade (3 years) and kindergarten (1 year) at Capital City PCS. Before being a teaching assistant I worked as an extended day teacher (before and after school) as well as a substitute at E.L Haynes PCS.
What makes me a good tutor is that I am honest, flexible, and a good listener. As a teaching assistant I look for the strengths and weakness of my students to able to teach them the best way the feel comfortable learner. I also like to have fun as I teach. I try to teach through fun interacting games versus the regular teaching from the book.
