As both a seasoned student and educator, I am dedicated to promoting intellectual curiosity, confidence, and skills for learning. I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Neuroscience and Spanish. I have 9 years experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, and educator with students from Kindergarten through college in a diverse variety of subjects. I recently held the position of postbaccalaureate research fellow in an NIH developmental psychology lab, which provided additional insight into best practices in education and development. I take a holistic approach to tutoring, offering evidence-based learning strategies and tips for efficiency and balancing all areas of life based on my expertise in neuroscience and psychology. I have extensive experience working with students with a variety of learning difficulties, and helping them find strategies that work well for them.
