I have a bachelors in mathematics and a masters in teaching from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. I have been tutoring all levels of math since 2006 and a high school math teacher since 2010. What I really enjoy about tutoring, is the intimate relationship I build with the tutee and seeing the progress. Having the person you are helping achieve their goals gives me great satisfaction. This is how and why I have been in the education field for so long.
I consider myself as someone with a growth mindset. I always start of my thinking to a problem, "How can I solve this?". Since I started tutoring officially at the age of 19, when I am with a client I have a success rate of finding an effective teaching strategy of 95%
