I am a current Chemistry PhD graduate student at Georgetown University, where I study Inorganic Chemistry. I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UMW and have 4 years of extensive tutoring experience in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and various other upper-level chemistry courses. I taught high school Chemistry (including Honors and IB Chemistry HL and SL), Astronomy, and Earth Science for two years so I have experience working with a wide variety of students (from gifted to those with learning differences). In addition, I am very knowledgeable on the standards and requirements that students must meet for these courses. I strive to provide tutoring sessions that are fun, engaging, and truly help students master the concepts that are giving them trouble. I absolutely love Chemistry and all other STEM disciplines so my mission is to use my love of the subject to help others conquer any problem. Moreover, I hope to show them just how exciting and thrilling chemistry can be! I have no doubts that I can help any student succeed in their respective endeavors, whether it be completing homework, preparing for a test, or just simply learning chemistry concepts and how to study them.
