Being a TA and private tutor for five years, I always explain difficult math and statistics concept in simple English, and continue working with the students until they understand the idea really well. My teaching philosophy is know the subject well, but know the students better. I work with my students and learn their learning pattern, avoiding whatever might discourage them, applauding them for conquering difficult challenges.
