I am a passionate educator and school leader who has dedicated over a decade serving students on their journey to achieving academic success in the area of English Language Arts. I have experience in both public and charter school settings and have had the opportunity to be trained in a variety of curricular and instructional practices that are both research and evidenced based. In addition, as a school leader I have been successful with using data to implement and monitor personalized and blended learning modalities which contributed to significant gains for students across content areas.
