I have been in education one way or another for over 26 years I have taught or tutored ages from 2 year olds through Freshman in high school. I have taught every subject for fifth and sixth graders for 10 years and have taught middle school math for 10 years, Currently, I am an assistant principal in a middle school with 1,300 students. Math is my passion, I try to link as many math concepts to real life application as possible, this helps students to buy-in to the concept easier. I also like to break concepts down into the most basic steps, then gradually increase difficulty as the student gains more confidence. I believe every student can master any math concept and with my help and hard work it will happen.
