Hi, I am a native Spanish speaker from Caracas, Venezuela, with a
Bachelor´s Degree in Law (accredited in the US) and two master’s degrees in Management and Civil Law. I was a General Counsel for the Venezuelan Department of Education and I led the Legal Office advising the Secretary on all legal, administrative and social issues related to the Venezuelan educational system and developed and implemented the restructuring of the Department considering the current educational environment.
I was also a professor of the Santa Maria University and Vargas University for more than 10 years in Caracas, Venezuela were I taught Principles of Law, Introduction to Law, Civil Law, Philosophy of Law, and Constitutional Law. Also I prepared the academic curriculum following the guidelines and methodology of the University and the National Council of Universities.
