I have a Ph.D. in Molecular and Biomedical Pharmacology and B.S. in Biological Sciences. I have conducted scientific research for 10+ years with a diverse background knowledge in science and math subjects.
Throughout my academic career and beyond I have had the opportunity to mentor and tutor students in grades k-12 as well as undergrad and graduate students. While I specialize in Math and Science, I have also tutored in Spanish, social sciences, reading, writing, and general homework help/organizing for all grade levels. In addition I'm able to tutor in ACT/SAT Math (and Science) Prep.
I work hard to see my students excel in their academics and have seen them improve class/test scores by up to two grade levels. My ultimate goal is to help students create a new found understanding and appreciation for the subjects they may be struggling in. I am easy to reach and fast to respond!
