I studied some architecture design classes at Cal Poly and loved the arts ever since (though graduated with a Business degree). By self-learning Adobe Illustrator, I started my career at Adobe 20 years ago producing their user guides and help systems - which gives me great joy in helping customers use various Adobe applications. If you want to learn basic Illustrator or Photoshop, I can provide personal tutorials and/or quickly find direct answers.
