I have worked at different hierarchical positions in the field of ESL as an English tutor, English instructor, ESL Educational Assistant, and as an English lecturer, both in Sri Lanka and in the United States, during the three years of my teaching career, which allowed me to develop a thorough, multi-dimensional perspective of ESL students in different contexts. My students ranged from kindergartners to undergraduate and graduate students from all over the world, including Somalia, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Japan, China, India, El Salvador, Saudi Arabia to mention a few. Now that I have graduated, I woud love to assist students with my knowledge and expertise to reach their academic goals.
