Hello! My name is Nicki and I have a BA in a self-designed major in Education and Community Engagement with a minor in Asian American Studies. I have served as a Pitzer College Writing Center Fellow for 3 years, in which I consult with and tutor college students on their writing. In high school, I designed and taught a 10-week arts and crafts course to middle school students from underrepresented communities. As part of the fellowship, I also served as an after-school tutor to 3 middle school-aged students. I supported them in math and English. I also helped them develop better time management and organizational skills.
