I have a Bachelor's Degree from California State University-Monterey Bay in Spanish Language & Hispanic Cultures. While at CSUMB I tutored college students in Spanish and international students. After I graduated I began serving for AmeriCorps as a literacy tutor for K-4th grade students. For the past year I have helped students reach their reading grade level through phonics activities. This Fall I will begin a Master's program at California State University-Fullerton.
