As an educator, I used a variety of LMS' for data analytics, and utilized GoMoodle and EdPuzzle tools for informal student assessments. My role also involved fundraising and community events for teacher resources, such as student tools, classroom technology, and curriculum components. I was responsible for providing professional development training sessions for staff/administrators using Keynote and Adobe Captivate on implementing new curriculum elements, SEL strategies, and metrics for measuring student data. During presentations, I set meeting protocols, such as not using technology, writing questions on sticky-notes to be asked at the end, and resist talking to neighbors to avoid interruptions. I often front-loaded information with slides and handouts and facilitated group discussions.
