I am a Pasadena-based freelance copy editor, proofreader, writing consultant and substitute teacher. I have earned a double B.A. in English and biblical and religious studies at Fresno Pacific University in 2012 before going on to complete an M.A. in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in 2016. I specialize in writing tutoring but can be of some assistance in other subjects as well, including lower levels of math (e.g. Algebra 1).
I grew up in eastern Madera County, CA, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and Yosemite National Park, but now live in Pasadena. I love to read (classics, epic fantasy, and theology), play table-top games, and travel with my wife, Katy, to see America's national parks. So far I haven't found anything that outdoes the beauty of my hometown backyard.
