Learning requires a level of understanding, fun & interactive activities, and the ability to allow the student to learn through their own learning style. For many of the students I have worked with, learning style was the biggest factor in their success, and having a solid understanding and teaching skills to facilitate the teaching process to meet your students needs is a priority in student success. As a classroom teacher my focus was on creating life long learners in special education classrooms with student who were working through ADHD, Behavioral issues, and many other conditions that impacted their ability to be successful in school. As Program Specialist in Special Education, I worked with Administrators and Districts to create educational setting that promoted safety, security, and a solid foundation for learning through innovative classroom management systems for student growth. My tutoring sessions are primarily focused on serving student in Elementary and Middle School, and any student receiving Special Education Services.
