About Ashante

I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs with minor credentials in Journalism and Africana Studies. When I was in college, I taught graduate and undergraduate students and when I worked at a nonprofit organization, I taught youth from ages 8-19. I specialize in English, History and Poetry. However, my expertise lies within editorial work. I am passionate about storytelling as I am a Liberal Arts and Humanities fanatic. My teaching style is creative and curious. I allow the student create their own pathway to learning which cultivates a reciprocal learning experience.
