I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociolinguistics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's Degree in English with Teaching of English as a Second Language from CSU Dominguez Hills. I have 5 years of extensive experience tutoring students from K-12 and adult education. My primary domain is working with students with English, writing/essays, and ESL (English as a second language).
I provide communicative language teaching that enriches the students' language and cultural knowledge. I want my students to be confident when expressing themselves and talking to others. With an emphasis on organization, credit recovery is also one of my specializations. My mission is to help you succeed in your current courses and also in your role as a student.
