I have a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from California State University Long Beach. I transferred there from Shasta College where I tutored math, physics and chemistry for 3 years. I tutored the same subjects at the university for another 3 years. I have also tutored at a high school for a short time. My specialty is critical thinking and problem solving. I feel that math and science can seem intimidating until you practice the problems and then it makes a lot of sense and the concepts become understandable. I enjoy walking students through this and it is always rewarding to see them succeed. I am patient and my goal is to help others learn.
