Hello. My name is Elliott. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am known for being a patient and adaptive teacher. Respect and care for the student motivates me to give my best so that the learning process is both fun and beneficial for the student. The following are some other beneficial qualifications that I possess.
I started nlearning ASL at Victor Valley College in 2009. I have been interpreting for over five years. I have been trained to perform effective language teaching methods from the Canadian Institute of English in 2013. I have been volunteer teaching for over 10 years. I also have experience teaching children with special needs as paraeducator at an elementary school for one year, 2016 - 17. While working at that job, I have learned numerous strategies to teach reading and math using a variety of manipulatives and visual aids.
