My name is Kristin and I hold a Master's degree in Education and Human Development, specifically in the area of Early Childhood Special Education, as well as a teaching credential. I offer lessons to students ages 3 through 10. I understand the value of fostering positive relationships, offering support and encouragement, and tailoring lesson plans to fit a child’s individual and unique needs. I have worked in autism classrooms, preschool classrooms, and elementary classrooms, in addition to working as a behavioral therapist and tutor. I have been working in different areas of the education field for over 5 years, and have been tutoring one-on-one for the past two years. I have taught in diverse types of classrooms and have helped many students with individual lessons, unique to that child. In addition to improving academic skills, my students gain confidence.
