About Analee

Hi there!

My name is Analee and I am an elementary aged tutor who specializes in foundational literacy and math.

I hold a multiple subject teaching credential and an M.ED from UCLA and I have almost a decade of classroom teaching experience. During that time, I served as a classroom teacher and took on leadership roles at my school site. I received specialized training in how to teach reading and writing when I served as the Early Language and Literacy Designee. I also led a school wide effort to implement a new math program and served as grade level chair, leading a team of first grade teachers.

After having my own child 3 years ago (and another one after that!) I left full time classroom teaching and began tutoring so I could have a more flexible schedule. I have worked with many kids 1-1 over the past few years.
