I have a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology from UCLA with a minor in Disability Studies. I have 3+ years of tutor experience of all ages. I believe that tutoring students is about how to prepare students to problem solve on their own while encouraging them along the way. I am big on specializing lessons on the pace of students and how they best learn (visual, auditory, etc.) I have a great understanding in science and mathematics while some experience with english language arts. I hope to help students feel prepared and confident in their academic journeys!
