About Caroline

I have three years of experience working with children of numerous age groups from preschool to sixth grade. I completed my associate degree for Early Childhood Education in community college then transferred to Cal State East Bay where I am currently working on my bachelor's degree for Human Development with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. I am a native Spanish speaker who has experience working in a bilingual professional setting.

I strive to bring out the best in all my students and help them build the confidence to take on new challenges. I believe every student is unique and can reach their potential with patience and practice. As an educator, I learned that communication is key to helping parents and students reach their goals.
