I earned bachelor's and master's degrees in aerospace engineering in 2010 and 2019, respectively, and spent the intervening years as a management consultant. I have also worked as a mathematics instructor, private math & english tutor, and design engineer for a Battlebot engineering team.
My engineering background and consulting experience have honed my ability to break down complex ideas into manageable parts, allowing me to clearly express them to any audience. As a tutor, this helps me improve students' understanding of key concepts, discover problem areas to be addressed, and create improvement plans to measure progress. I strive to keep learning every day, and enjoy helping my students do the same.
I studied GRE materials extensively before applying to graduate schools. Students would benefit from my rigorous preparation; my test-taking strategies and focus on specific concepts worked extremely well for me, and I am confident that a similarly structured plan would be rewarding for others, too.
