Ever since I was a child I considered teaching a wonderful career as I believe it offers someone a rewarding experience for one can help and influence people in a positive and educational way. A good teacher has the opportunity to help shape your students' perspective in life and make it easier for them to progress through their career path.

Hello, My name is Kameryn, I am a student at ASU's Ira Fullton School of Engineering. I was previously a math and science tutor at the Gateway Community College Learning Center. I enjoy working with students to find that "AH-HA" moment where their own hard work and thought process brings them to the solution. I believe that, to be a successful tutor, it is my job to aid in the discovery of the process, not the answer.
I have a huge love for the outdoors and spend my free time hiking, camping, and off-roading. My hobbies are painting, reading, and sewing! I love to help people learn and share my passion for Science and English arts.

My first experience tutoring came while attending the University of Southern California in 2005. There, I assisted fellow classmates in preparing for upcoming exams and found great reward in helping others gain confidence in their academics abilities. After graduation, I was presented with the opportunity to join a network of USC alumni providing tutoring services to the surrounding community. Through this network, I began tutoring elementary and middle school students in their homes, gaining more subject experience and acquiring a ... See more

Names are a weird thing. One time, and this is a completely true story, I got a coffee at the airport from a barista with the name Coffiequa. I kid you not. Sometimes, names hit the nail right on the head. I hope her parents aspired for greater things for their baby than a life in serving coffee, but the prescience was nothing short of miraculous. You might think that Scottsdale is named after someone named Scott, whose dale this was. That is pretty much the case. Winfield Scott is the titular Scott in Scottsdale. Also a part of Scottsdale’s great history is the mayor from 1980-1996, Herb Drinkwater had a pretty special name. He was not the savior against dehydration that you might assume from the pattern, but he was one of the great Scottsdaliens that helped make it a great city.
It is right in the name for us too. At HeyTutor, you will get the best geometry tutors in Scottsdale. Did you think that we were just a business that says hello to tutors? Of course you did not. That is silly. Nobody would think that. Especially not the person currently writing this. I am better than that. Do not fact check me. Just believe it.
If you want some of the same confidence in your skills that I do, work with a math tutor. Mine might be false, even though I will not admit that I know as much as Jon Snow (i.e. nothing), but yours does not have to be. You can back up the talk when you work with a Scottsdale geometry tutor to walk the walk as well. It is a lot easier to be confident when you can back it up with substance, so that is what you should do.
Our geometry tutors are putting the tutor in HeyTutor and we just you to ring us up and say “Hey.”

I’m currently a medical student on my break. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UCI. Over the past extensive years of schooling I have learned, what are the best ways to learn a lot of material in a very short time and retain them as well. This can be done by learning the big picture, understanding the concept, then dive into details and always trying to connect the details to the big picture. When a student ... See more

One of the most fun parts of going to college is the opportunity to specialize your education to include things that mean something to you. For example, someone into comic books might roll their eyes at the thick novels of high school English, but might find a love of literature in a class about great graphic novels, like Maus or Fun Home. In Scottsdale, the specificity matches the interests of the town. In a place where cowboy culture still exists, you can go to Arizona Cowboy College, where you can learn the ropes. Literally. You are not getting any sort of bachelor’s degree, but you can become a ranch hand with the lessons. There was even a reality show called Cowboy U that showed the process with eight “city slickers” who wanted to learn.
Our geometry tutoring in Scottsdale offers the same kind of specificity you would find at the Cowboy College. The specialized assistance focuses you on all of the subjects that are most interesting to you, whether those are the ones that spark your imagination or the ones that give you the biggest fits. Our Scottsdale tutors leave that up to you.
If you are looking to control what you learn before going to college, one of the great ways is to seek help outside of school with Scottsdale geometry tutoring.
